Appellant was convicted of forgery by possession, and punishment, enhanced by prior felony convictions, was assessed at imprisonment for ten years. Tex. Penal Code Ann. ? 32.21(b) (1989). In two points of error, the appellant claims that the trial court erred in rendering judgment against him because: (1) the evidence is insufficient as a matter of law to establish that appellant knew the check was forged; and (2) the jurys verdict was against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence because the proof was insufficient to establish that appellant knew the check was forged. We will affirm the judgment of conviction.
